“El-Shaddai,” my dream album, came true after waiting for nearly 10 years. Putting myself into this first venture was highly impossible in my impecunious state, but I am glad to say that my god supplied all my needs. He brought the right people together who made this album happen, especially Anand Tatpati, the project manager and co-producer of “El-Shaddai.” My thanks to Mr. Devadutta & family, Solomon Nelson, and Srinath for producing this album, and my heartfelt gratitude to my dear friend and my brother in Christ, Anand. I take the privilege in thanking my parents and all my well-wishers who made this album possible through their prayers and support.

Released on September 11, 2005, “El-Shaddai,” a Kannada gospel album, is a set of 10 songs of which eight are powerful praise & worship songs and the other two based on themes such as second coming of Lord Jesus Christ expressed through an amazing symphony and theme, “I am the true vine” from the book of John, chapter 15. Every song in this album is a testimony for the matchless power of Lord Jesus and for the annointing and leading of the Holy Spirit.

Music has been composed by Shadrach Solomon who has set every song in a different feel with his versatile talent. Guitar has been played by Bruce Lee Mani, and the feast is inevitable as you hear his fingers fly on the fret. It was a privilege for me to sing along with Mabel Habakkuk, a popular gospel singer in Bangalore, who has enamored the listeners with her rich voice. All 10 songs are melodious with western instrumentation. I believe you will rejoice singing these songs in your personal, church, or any other praise and worship sessions.
